Return Policy

Returns

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging, including the plastic shrink-wrap on the stick head.

Faults

  • All sticks come with a 6-month warranty.

  • Was an item delivered faulty or does it become faulty through normal use?

 

Please email info@giroux.be with:

  • Your order number

  • Your phone number

  • Photos clearly showing the fault

Always keep a proof of posting, receipt, or tracking number for your return. We are not responsible until receipt of the goods has been confirmed.

Rattles and Paint Damage

  • Due to the nature of hockey sticks, wear will occur after prolonged use.

  • Breakage warranty: 3 months after purchase.

  • Not covered by warranty: peeling paint, scratches, grips, stick tops, and rattles inside the stick.

 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt.

  • We will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • If approved, the amount will automatically be refunded to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

 

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

  • Unfortunately, discounted items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
